Our system logs all redemptions that you have with us and we will be able to replace the cards at a fee of $5.00 ($5.40 w/GST) 

Your card’s validity will remain from the day of sign up. 

Tampering of your membership card will result in voiding of the entire membership and possible clawback of any redemptions previously.
Attempting to use another member’s card as your own will result in a $40.00 ($43.20 w/GST) penalty or 10% of your entire bill for that day, whichever is higher.
